How to Enter: The Road Champs® Giveaway (“Giveaway”) begins at 12:01a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on the first day of this calendar month and ends at 11:59p.m. PT on the last day of this calendar month (“Giveaway Period”). To enter, simply visit jakks.com/gx/index.php during the Giveaway Period and follow the on-screen directions to enter the Giveaway. Important: If you are under the age of 13, you must provide your parent’s or legal guardian’s correct email address so that Sponsor can send an email to your parent/legal guardian advising her/him of your attempt to enter this Giveaway and requesting her/his permission for you to enter the Giveaway (the “Parental Notification E-mail”). A parent or legal guardian of an entrant under the age of 13 must grant her/his permission for the entrant to enter the Giveaway and must also provide to Sponsor (in accordance with the requirements of the Parental Notification E-mail) the parent/legal guardian’s name as well as the name, address, date of birth and phone number of such entrant, or such other personal information with respect to such entrant as may be required to award a prize hereunder (collectively “Personal Information”), in order for such entrant to be eligible to win a prize in this Giveaway. If you are under the age of 13 and your parent/legal guardian does not grant you permission to enter the Giveaway in the manner and within the time specified by the Parental Notification E-mail, or if she/he fails to provide all of the information requested in accordance with the provisions of the Parental Notification Email, then your entry will be disqualified and you will not be eligible to win a prize. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address (whether of an entrant or a parent/guardian). JAKKS Pacific, Inc. (“Sponsor”) will not verify receipt of entries. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Eligibility: To be eligible to enter the Giveaway, you must, at the time of entry a) be a lawful permanent resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, b) be at least 6 years old, and c) be physically located in the U.S. The Giveaway is void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where restricted or prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its affiliated companies and subsidiaries, and the advertising and promotion agencies of each (collectively, “Giveaway Entities”), and their immediate families (defined as spouse, mother, father, sisters, brothers, sons and daughters) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this Giveaway.
Privacy: All information submitted to Sponsor as part of this Giveaway will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at http://www.jakkspacific.com.
Drawing and Notification: The Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects, will conduct a random drawing on or about the third business day immediately following the end of the Giveaway Period to select one (1) Grand Prize winner from amongst all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. A potential winner who is under the age of 13 will be notified by receiving the prize at the address provided by the entrant’s parent/legal guardian in response to the Parental Notification Email. A potential winner who is 13 years of age or older will be notified by email at the email address provided by the entrant in the online entry form. If you fail to respond to such winner notification email in the manner and within the time period specified in such email, or fail to provide all information requested, then a) your entry will be disqualified, b) you will not be eligible to win a prize, and c) an alternate winner will be selected via a random drawing.
Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) MXS Fire Jump Deluxe Play-set (Approximate Retail Value: $19.99). Any difference between actual value and ARV will not be awarded. No transfers, substitutions, upgrades, credits for changes, refunds or cash equivalents for a prize are allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Costs and expenses associated with each prize that are not specifically identified in these Official Rules as included within each prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. There is a limit of one (1) prize per person, per household and per parent/guardian email address. All prizes will be awarded. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of a prize. The approximate retail value of all the prizes to be awarded is $19.99.
Prize Conditions: If an entrant or potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then such entrant or potential winner will be disqualified and, in the case of a potential winner, an alternate winner will be selected. If a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. All federal, state, local and other tax liabilities, including but not limited to sales and use taxes, goods and services taxes, excise taxes, income and withholding taxes, customs duties, fees and like amounts, in connection with a winner’s award, acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.
Giveaway Conditions: The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws of the United States only and is not subject to any laws outside of the United States. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation or enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California. By participating, entrants and their parents/legal guardians (if the entrant is under the age of 13) agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all respects, and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway or these Official Rules. By participating, entrants and their parents/legal guardians (if the entrant is under the age of 13) agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Giveaway Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Giveaway-related activity or participation in this Giveaway, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize. Each entrant and their parents/legal guardians (if the entrant is under the age of 13) further acknowledge that the Giveaway Entities have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose, except as may be expressly stated by Sponsor in or on the packaging of any products it manufactures.
Limitations of Liability: The Giveaway Entities are not responsible for a) lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete online entries, email notifications or responses to the Parental Notification E-mail or other emails, or b) any malfunction, error, problem, failure, loss, omission, interruption, deletion, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration, unavailability, inaccuracy, degradation or delay in or of any telephone network or line, cable connection, satellite link or transmission, computer system or equipment, network, connection, system, hardware, software, programming, transmission, telecommunications, internet systems, servers providers, internet access providers, website, the collection, processing or retention of entry information, or any combination thereof, which may limit an entrant’s ability to participate or win a prize. The Giveaway Entities are also not responsible for any typographical errors, or other errors in the presentation, display or printing of any aspect of the Giveaway, including the awarding of prizes. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Giveaway or future giveaways or sweepstakes, or winning a prize, if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or visitors to Sponsor’s website(s). If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, human error, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, then Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice, and select winners by randomly drawing from those eligible entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date as contemplated by these Official Rules. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant or any other person to deliberately damage Sponsor’s website(s) or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification from this and any future giveaway or sweepstakes, and may be in violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney’s fees) from any such entrant or person to the fullest extent of the law and to request criminal prosecution.

Winners List: To receive a winners list, send a #10 business sized, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Road Champs® Giveaway Winners List, 22619 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265. The return envelope must contain the requesting person’s full name and physical address. No post office box addresses or private mail box addresses are allowed. Winners lists requests will not be honored unless you comply with these requirements. Requests must be received by no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the Giveaway Period. Residents of Vermont may omit return postage.
